Descripiton of accommodation

Upon entering, you will first enter a closed vestibule with a clothes and shoe rack. Behind it, it goes straight into the large "hall" with an entrance to the bedrooms, the bathroom and an extra toilet. In addition to the living room, the hall is the preferred recreation room with a large table for up to 10 people. Here you can also easily use the table tennis table.
To the right, a small corridor leads past the pantry and toilet to the kitchen and to the dining room, to the left there is a storage room with a freezer.
You can access the also spacious living room either via the dining room or via the hall. Here there is an exit to the terrace, protected from prying eyes. Also from the hall you can go out onto the terrace. Here is also one of the two fireplaces, which invites you to have a barbecue on balmy summer evenings. At cooler weather, there is another fireplace in the hall, which can also be used for indoor grilling. There is also a table tennis table available, which can be used inside or outside.
Via the stairs you can reach the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, here is also the shared bathroom and an extra toilet. The 3 bedrooms on the west side have an exit to the balcony.
In the basement is the indoor pool, a sauna and a shower. Towels are available.
Outside you have a privare parking place for 5 cars

The good bus connections and convenient location (8 km to the city center, 7 km to Salzburg Central Station, 5 km to the Salzburg-Nord motorway exit, 12 km to Salzburg Airport, 7 km to the exhibition center, 9 km to the Red Bull Arena, 5 km to the Salzburg Lake District) make Elixhausen a particularly popular place to live.
Elixhausen is very well supplied with everything necessary, including two supermarkets, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors, several restaurants and pizzerias, sports field, tennis court, riding stable, hairdresser, all within walking distance.
The village is the starting point for several hiking and cycling trails, the city center can be reached by bike in about 30 minutes (e-bike rental in the village).
