Descripiton of accommodation

Our vacation home is furnished with modern, stylish and comfortable furniture. It includes an entrance area, where you can hang your coats and find slippers. The roomy living room with kitchen is located on the 1st floor. The living room includes a comfortable grey leather sofa and a flat-screen TV (including streaming severices: Netlix, Disney+, Amazon Prime). The modern-style kitchen includes a kitchen unit and a dining area, with an anthracite table and stylish and very comfortable seats. The kitchen includes cutlery, crockery, pots and pants, toaster, egg boiler, tea maker, Nespresso machine (including some capsules), salt, pepper, oil and vinegar and much more.
The bedroom includes a large box spring bed with reading lamps, a closet with a clothes rail and a safe, and a desk.
The bathroom is directly accessible through the bedroom and has a large mirrored front.
There are two terraces, one is accessible from the bedroom and is a great spot for having a coffee in the morning. The other terrace is very spacious and laid with stone tiles. There you can find the sauna, garden loungers made of anthracite (seat cushions are in the wardrobe) and an outdoor dining area.

The bus line 431 takes you to Graz. The bus stop is a 6 min. walk away from the house.

Our vacation home is located in the heart of Vasoldsberg, which provides the perfect combination of proximity to Graz (25 min by car) and tranquility and fresh air of the countryside.
The follwing supermarkets are nearby: SPAR (4 min by car), BILLA (7 min by car) and Hofer (8 min by car). There are also wooden huts at the farms nearby, where you can buy local products such as milk, yoghurt, pastries, eggs, jam, kernel oil and juices around the clock every day of the week.
You can get to Graz either by car (25 min) or by bus line 431. The bus station is a 6 min walk from our house and is called "Ferbersbachbrücke"
The nearest general practitioners (Dr. Wolgang Kogler or Dr. Andreas Stryeck) are both 2 min away by car.
The nearest pharmacy is 8 min away by car, in Hausmannstätten.
