Service for lessor partners of kurzzeitmiete.at
We assume certain standards regarding interiors/surfaces to be cleaned:
- Flooring:
Carpet, tiles, laminates, parquet flooring, - Furniture:
Surfaces sealed or varnished - Bathrooms:
Tiles, standard toilet bowl, standard bathtub or shower
Detergents will be provided by us
Exceptional cleaning services which are not part of the contract (e.g. basic cleaning) will be carried out by our specialist teams. You will be charged a separate fee of EUR 25,00 (VAT incl.) per hour.
These prices include all wages and insurance, travel expenses, replacement in cases of sickness or other absence.
