Descripiton of accommodation

Room with a single bed, but two further mattresses, a desk, a bookshelf, WLAN, TV, cupboards and a commode. It is near to the Technical University, there is a good infrastructure, there are many sporting facilities, bicycle lanes to the center, a public green space in front of the house, wich you may use.
To the room there belongs a very small balcony, but together with the owner you also may use a terrace, wich is in front of the living room. The kitchen, the bathroom and the toilette you also may use together with the owner.
The owner loves children. She is a Germain-teacher. So she can help you to improve your Germain.

You can walk to the nearest bus stop in 5 minutes, the nearest grocery store in about 8 minutes, the pharmacy is 2 bus stops from my apartment. You can reach the center in 17 minutes by bus.

The general house rules apply. The anteroom may be entered with shoes, but please not all other rooms. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
