You live in the city of Salzburg - and beside nature.

What distinguishes this beautiful 2-room apartment is the secluded wooden terrace with a small flower and herb garden and the absolutely quiet, sunny location on the Leopoldskroner Moor nature reserve. The sights can be reached in a few minutes by bus / car / bike.

The apartment consists of a living-dining room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door. The bedroom, living room and bathroom face south. In front of the apartment is a cozy wooden terrace with a garden table, comfortable chairs and an extra-large parasol. In the mini garden, fragrant roses bloom and various herbs grow.

The apartment is flooded with light because of the large glass fronts reaching down to the floor and furnished with every comfort.

Special emphasis was placed on quality - the double bed has the highest quality orthopedic mattresses - nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. I.

In the kitchen there are 2 coffee machines (Nespresso, filter coffee), toaster and kettle to choose from, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment are of course available.

Relax in the sun on the cozy wooden terrace. Here you will find peace and quiet.

The beech wood floor with underfloor heating installed in all rooms creates a pleasant atmosphere.

The modern bathroom has a marble floor (also heated with underfloor heating), there is a shower and a bathtub as well as a washing machine.

Take one of our two bicycles - in just a few minutes you can explore the sights of Salzburg or the bike-friendly surroundings along the stream.

In a few minutes you can reach the valley station of the legendary Untersberg, the Hellbrunn pleasure palace with zoo and water features, Leopoldskron Palace, or a walk in the nature reserve, which is on our doorstep.

You can park your car for free in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

A high chair and a cot are available for small children.

The bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes. The bus runs mostly every 10 minutes and takes you to the famous sights in the center within 10 minutes.

A short walk takes you within 7 minutes to a grocery store and 2 inns, which are also popular with Salzburg residents and which both have beautiful chestnut gardens. If you fancy a game of bowling, that is also possible there!
