The apartment has been renovated with a focus on healthy living: Ethernet ports in every room, a cut-off switch in the bedroom – Wi-Fi of course can be switched on whenever it is needed.

The train station and the Kunsthaus are a short 15-minute walk. Graz is also a cycling city through and through. If you’re driving, we’ll gladly help with parking.

This is a non-smoking apartment and, apart from a diffuser with natural lemon oil in the WC, it is kept fragrance-free. We kindly ask you to avoid perfumes, aftershaves, and fabric softeners so that the atmosphere remains pleasant for all guests.
For hygienic reasons, please leave your outdoor shoes at the apartment entrance. Feel free to use slippers or socks to keep things cozy inside.
Please respect the quiet hours in the building starting at 10 p.m., so that all residents can rest undisturbed.
