Our spacious studio on the ground floor of Villa offers approximately 67 sqm of living space and is fully equipped with a large living/bedroom (large bed 2 x 2 m) with a TV and a comfortable seating area with a vintage chair, as well as a fully equipped large kitchen-diner, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a large entrance hall. The apartment includes a sunny terrace. The studio is east and west-side orientated.

Our villa is located in a quiet location in the green Hötting district, just a few minutes' walk from Innsbruck's historic center and the famous Golden Roof. Despite its central location, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the impressive mountain scenery. Our large natural garden and a beautiful terrace are also available and invite you to relax. Strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, making it ideal for working from home. A washing machine is available in the house, which will be used by two parties.
We also offer a paid parking space upon request for €150/month.
