The ground floor apartment is located in a modern residential complex with direct access from the outside. Through the spacious hall you can reach all rooms, the living room is also connected to the bedroom by a sliding door.
The kitchen invites you to cook with extensive equipment.
An elegant seating area awaits you in the living room with plenty of space for relaxed work, meals and cozy get-togethers. The entire apartment is of course equipped with WiFi. In addition to classic television, the 55-inch smart TV offers access to many media libraries, and the associated soundbar can be controlled via Bluetooth.
The spacious outdoor area overlooks the inner garden. An oasis of calm, equipped with high-quality garden furniture, invites you to linger. A cherry laurel hedge protects privacy. The terrace is covered and can therefore also be used in the rain.
