Next to the Prater leisure and recreation park, three stops to the center, two stops to the Danube Island (natural paradise): This spacious, central, yet quiet and newly renovated apartment (Oct. 2020) offers both: urban flair and countless opportunities for (sporty) free time activities.
The exhibition grounds and the university of economics are also within easy walking distance. You can reach the UNO in three stations. The modern and fully equipped apartment (72m2) has a spacious and open kitchen and living area with sofa bed and large dining table.
The large bedroom has a double bed, another small sofa bed and a desk.
The kitchen with a cozy bar contains, among other things, an espresso machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom is also very spacious with a large window facing the green inner courtyard. The bathroom, anteroom, toilet and dining area have underfloor heating.

Excellent infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity there are two supermarkets, a pharmacy, drugstore, a fitness center, Kieser training, several restaurants with very good Viennese cuisine and international food. A well-known green market (Vorgartenmarkt) can be reached in five minutes of walk. Here you can taste many local specialties. With the subway in three stations you are in Vienna's largest shopping center (Donauzentrum) and the Messe shopping center can also be reached in four stations. Further required infrastructure on request.

Many bicycle paths, the "Hauptallee" 100 meters away is a very popular jogging route. Swimming, horse riding, tennis, soccer fields, golf and many other sporting activities "around the corner".
