COZY APARTMENT IN JOSEFSTADT

After climbing a few stairs you will reach our apartment on the 4th and last floor (without elevator).

The apartment is divided as follows:
1 courtyard-facing bedroom (with double bed, clothes rack, small (desk)table, chest of drawers)
1 living room with dining area (sofa, coffee table, dining table for 4 people, TV) and access to the west-facing balcony (sunset - blinds)
Aisle (with integrated box and additional storage space)
1 bathroom (with bathtub with shower facility, washbasin, towel rail, etc.)
1 toilet
1 kitchen (with stove, dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, refrigerator with small cooling compartment, kettle, Nespresso machine and milk frother and much more)
Balcony (seating for the warm season will be adapted)

We have given the apartment a facelift and furnished it partly with vintage furniture, partly with completely new parts, which should make life as comfortable as possible.

We are happy to rent our small condo for a professional change of residence or for training purposes for a maximum duration of SIX months!

The surroundings, which are mostly very quiet despite the city center location, are the ideal starting point for discovering and experiencing Vienna from its charming side. Just a few steps away from the front door, you can immerse yourself in the diversity of the Josefstadt universe. Whether it's a quick good morning coffee on the way to work or lunch in one of the surrounding bars - there should be something for every taste. Even in the evening you get your money's worth. Supermarkets, grocer, drugstores and doctors are available for everyday needs within walking distance.
Those with an affinity for culture don't have to go far to the theater in der Josefstadt and the traditional Burgtheater can also be easily reached on foot. If you have a little further goals, you will find a very good connection to public transport (tram lines 2, 5 and 33).

All in all, the perfect location with an absolute feel-good guarantee!

The public transport connections are good (trams 2, 5 and 33), you can also get from A to B quickly by bike. There is a bike storage room in the basement of the house. Parking garages can be found in the vicinity (underground garages at Pfeilgasse and Hamerlingplatz).
On working days (Monday to Friday) parking is subject to a fee at set times. The signs "Kurzparkzone Anfang" and "Kurzparkzone Ende" are only set up for the entrances and exits to the district. Special rules apply to shopping streets.
Parking time: 2 hours
Monday to Friday (working days): from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
