Welcome to our cosy, fully equipped three-room apartment in Kufstein! The apartment is quiet, bright and cosy with a view of the mountains. It is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the train station, shops and various hiking trails. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kufstein's old town, two playgrounds are close by and the next bus stop is only 350m away. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a 12-party house built in 1955 (so no elevator). In addition to a fully equipped kitchen (only thing missing is a microwave oven) with a small seating area and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, it has a spacious living/dining room, a smaller work/guest/children's room and a bedroom with a small balcony facing south and a view of the garden and the mountains.

The rooms are lovingly "vintage" furnished with my grandmother's old furniture. Walls, electricity, wooden floors and mattresses are new (the apartment has been fully renovated in 2018). Behind the house there is a meadow for walking or skiing in winter (approx. 30 minutes once around), and several hiking tours are within walking distance. You can also use the communal garden. It is generally possible to park in front of the house, but there is no reserved parking space. Animals are allowed upon request.

About the area: In Kufstein life is tranquil and yet sophisticated. You can do hiking tours and/or bathe in mountain lakes and eat very well and fairly cheaply in the mountain huts or in the city. There are also nice cafes on the Inn. The famous fortress is definitely worth a visit, in summer there are open air concerts. In the nearby Kaisertal you can visit the well-known TIschofer cave. In winter there is a ski bus connection to the Ski-Welt Wilder Kaiser.

The flat is in an apartment building, so it is assumed that the house rules are observed. This applies in particular to waste separation and order in the stairwell. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
