Descripiton of accommodation

The 3-room flat we are offering impresses both with its location and its well thought-out room layout.

From the bedrooms you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the imposing Untersberg. The larger of the two bedrooms combines a modern solid double bed (excellent slatted frames with reversible mattresses of different degrees of firmness) plus designer lamps on the bedside tables with elegant vintage wardrobes and bound literary classics.
The smaller bedroom is furnished in Scandinavian design with an innerspring sofa bed (extendable for two people if required), large wardrobe, workstation and a bedside table with charging pad for smartphones. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality parquet flooring.

Old views of the city of Salzburg decorate the long entrance hall, from which all rooms of the flat can be accessed. The floor in this entrance area is made of easy-care vinyl with a feel-good wood look.
The storage room contains a hoover, clothes horse, ironing board, hand tools, spare light bulbs, cleaning products of all kinds and an additional large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment - just what you need as a short-term tenant.
The bathroom is dominated by a large mirrored cabinet. It also includes a bathtub with a partition for use as a shower (boiler-operated!), a spacious washbasin and the private washing machine.
Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet with ventilation.
The kitchen is adjacent: It was newly equipped in 2021 with an oven including microwave function, extractor bonnet, refrigerator, dishwasher and a complete set of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. In addition to the modern furnishings, the kitchen is characterised by the neat red tiles and the wall-wide window hatch into the adjoining dining area - original as once selected by Granny Anny herself.

Next to it, the living room and dining area form a very spacious, cosy living area with a continuous window front, which provides a lot of brightness. The furnishings again combine the well-kept parquet flooring with modern Scandinavian design including TV and Marshall box for your media enjoyment on the one hand and original upholstered furniture as well as Marienwinkel from Granny Anny's times on the other.
The loggia equipped with table, chairs and clothes horse invites you to relax after stressful working days.

Your new short-term flat can be reached by public transport from the airport (line 10, 10 minutes) as well as from the main railway station (line 1, 17 minutes) without changing trains. You can also get to the centre (Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz) within 4-5 minutes with lines 1, 10 and 22: https://fahrplan.salzburg-verkehr.at/.
Within walking distance you have a choice of supermarkets from Billa and Penny.
You can also choose between various restaurants within walking distance, from the unique Stiegl-Brauwelt to various international restaurants. An absolute highlight for the central location is the Leopoldskron landscape conservation area, which you can reach on foot in just a few minutes. A leisurely jog around the picturesque Leopoldskron pond, a swim in the Leopoldskron open-air swimming pool, or lunch at the Weiherwirt - this is the place for you! As you can see, the location leaves nothing to be desired!
If - despite the central location, - you prefer to travel by car, there is a private, free parking space in front of the house!
The flat itself is located in a residential block without through traffic and with a very quiet neighbourhood.
