Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is a four - room apartment. Just to the left of the entrance is the guest bedroom, which we also use as an office and clothes storage. On the right is a modern equipped kitchen with induction stove and all the things that you also need for cooking orgies. Refrigerator with freezer compartments is available, there is also a small storage room here (oil, salt, rice, etc.). Opposite the kitchen is the dining room with family portraits and memories of the Swiss Guard. The dining table can seat up to 8 people. The view is towards Mirabell Palace and the "Zwergerlgarten". On the opposite side are WC and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. And the room to the left is the living room with stereo and TV. The apartment is closed by the bedroom with large linen and closets and the library. Both from the living room and from the bedroom you can get to the balcony, where we have a small sitting set.

The nearest shopping facilities are within walking distance (Andräplatz / Hanuschplatz). A bus station is almost directly in front of the door, the central bus station is at Hanuschplatz in 4 - 5 min. walking distance. Restaurants very close by are available, both simple, middle-class, as well as high-class. The (old) Mozarteum with the Great Hall and the Vienna Hall are in 300 m distance, the Mozarteum (University) in approx. 500 m., the Landestheater also in 450 m. The Mirabell Palace and the Mirabell Gardens are directly on the other side of Schwarzstraße.

House rules

We want you to feel comfortable, but also that our neighbours have no problems with you and with us. Therefore: no parties, no noise after 10 pm. Children (which we love more than anything) would not feel comfortable in this environment. What we demand is respect for the beauty and value of the furnishings.

Further information

We are happy to help with the preparation, try - as far as time allows - to pick up our guests or deliver them again at the train station or airport. We are also happy to shop for you in advance and get you - if desired - someone who will prepare the apartment for you, do the shopping, and maybe even cook.
