The apartment is on the ground floor, entered from the front of the house, which faces Kapitelplatz. It has an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a bathroom with WC and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons; on request, we will provide a travel cot for a baby.

The floors are covered in high-quality, wide solid wood floorboards. All rooms in the apartment have underfloor heating. All the wiring and plumbing was upgraded during the renovation work in 2016.

Unfortunately, there is no provision for guest parking. The best parking option is the underground car park “Altstadtgarage im Mönchsberg”, Entrance B. Once parked up, take exit “Toscaninihof”. From there, it’s approx. 500 metres to the property. There are also week- and month-tickes.
