The Appartment has been completely renovated recently. Internet & WIFI are provided, also kitchen & microwave. There is a large shared Atrium where you can lie in the sun. 5 Minutes walk to the River, Bus Stops is right in front of the house.

The Space
Appartment is newly renovated. 2 Big Sleeping rooms (each 19m²) and 1 living room with kitchen ( 30m²)

*** Note that the fotos are 3D images I generated - the shape of the flat is exactly as seen, also the kitchen looks very similar, the rest of the furniture will look different though since I am currently setting up the flat with an interiour designer. *** It will look nice though :)

Guest Access
Kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. WIFI and Internet is provided.
Also there is a huge patio (220m²) in the first floor that u share with the neighbours ( for example you can lie in the sun there)

The Neighborhood
Its Lehen, wich you could also call "The Real Salzburg". There might be few cathedrales to spot here, but also few tourists :)

Getting around
The appartment is quite close to both Center and Train Station. (10 minutes via bus)
The Bus Station is directly opposite of the House!
