The spacious living room impresses with its cozy corner couch
with TV and work niche and is equipped with WiFi.

On the left in the living room there is a cozy niche which, if required, can be quickly and easily converted into a sleeping niche for 1-2 people using the comfortable, pull-out sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), which can be separated off with sliding curtains.

The living room leads directly to the spacious, fully equipped, semi-open kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer compartment), built-in microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo and filter coffee machine), toaster, crockery and cutlery for 6 people. as well as the most common kitchen utensils and kitchen linen. The bright dining area right by the window offers enough space for up to 4 people.

The modern bathroom, equipped with shower and bathtub, as well as the separate toilet leave nothing to be desired.
