Below we would like to inform you about our house rules as an integral part of your booking and ask for your understanding and compliance with the rules.

We wish you a wonderful stay in Vienna.

Arrival/departure
Your apartment is available from 03.00 pm onwards on the day of arrival and until 10:00 am on the day of your departure.

House key/front door opener
Access to the house and the apartments is via a keyless security system using numeric codes. In addition, your apartment is equipped with an electric door opener. Please make sure that only authorized persons enter the house and that the front door is always closed.

Registration
Please complete the registration form with the data of all travellers for the purpose of official registration in Vienna. Please drop the completed form into the "Meldescheinbox" in the lobby.

Visitors/guests
The number of persons stipulated in the guest contract may not be exceeded without the landlord's consent. Visitors after 10.00 pm are not permitted.

Dog/pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Equipment/inventory
Upon check-in, the tenant must check the rented property for any existing damage and notify the landlord immediately. The inventory (e.g. crockery, glasses, pots, pans) must be handled carefully and stored in a clean condition in the cupboards on departure. It is not permitted to take any items (towels, blankets, etc.) out of the apartment.

No rubbish, food scraps, grease or other objects may be disposed of through the drainage pipes.

Smoking/Cooking/Fire/Safety
Smoking and open fire (e.g. candles) are prohibited. The induction cooker in your apartment quickly heats up, so be careful not to produce too much smoke when cooking and activate the extractor hood.

The entire house is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. In case of fire, please refer to the escape route plan.

If the fire alarm is activated through your fault, the cost of the fire brigade and/or security service will be charged to you.

It is forbidden to bring weapons, explosives and easily flammable material with you.

Liability
During use, the guest is fully liable for any damage he/she may have caused to the entire facility. The guest is obliged to inform the landlord immediately of any damage.

The use of the apartment and its furnishings, as well as paths in front of and in the house, staircase, balcony or terrace, is at the guest's own risk. Parents/supervisors are liable for the accompanying children.

When you leave the apartment, please close all doors and windows and switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove...).

If the fire alarm is triggered through your fault, the associated costs for arriving of the fire brigade and/or security service at the Apartment will be passed on to you.

Right of access
The landlord has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guest under special circumstances in order to prevent potential damage or danger.

Cancellation of the rental agreement
If the guest does not comply with the house rules, the landlord has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.

Rest periods
Please be considerate of the neighbours and refrain from causing noise during 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. In general, the tenant is obliged to ensure that neither he nor his fellow travellers disturb the neighbours or the surroundings.

CCTV
The public areas are equipped with surveillance cameras for general security.

Data protection declaration
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process personal data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO).

Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Austrian law shall apply.

"COVID-19 - Hygiene Promise"

The protection of our guests and employees has the highest priority!

We have therefore taken additional measures to incorporate the findings concerning COVID-19 into our already very high hygiene standards.

Until further notice, the apartments will not be occupied again on the same day of departure but will be specially cleaned, disinfected and only made available again after 30 hours on new arrivals.

A self-check-in (using access data provided in advance) prevents any direct contact with our staff.

With the help of a Concierge Internet Tray in each apartment (incl. free telephony for all of Austria), help and support can be requested at any time.

With these activities, we take great care to ensure the highest standards of hygiene!
