Descripiton of accommodation

Our 90 m² flat is divided into 80 m² living space and 10 m² balcony. We are in love with nature, so our flat is very green - you can find plants inside the flat and also on our balcony.
In the morning the sun kisses you awake in the bedroom and around lunchtime you can enjoy the sun on the balcony.
The kitchen and living room are very bright because of the big sliding door for the balcony. There are a coffeemachine, a high performance blender, a dishwasher and cooking utensils in the kitchen.
A big shower invites for a long shower and there is also a private washing maschine. The flat also has an office where there is enough space for work.

The nearest supermarket is opposite to the residential building. You can reach further shopping posibilities (organic supermarket, ...) on foot in 10 minutes or you use the bus/tram. There are also a medical center, gym and a pharmacy. It is also possible to go by bike, there are many bike lanes.

House rules

It is not allowed to enter the flat with shoes. Smoking is also not allowed, you can smoke on the balcony if you want to. It would be very nice if you are also into plants and take good care of our green oasis.
All equipement has to be maintained correctly, we offer all the descriptions.
If you want to invite friends or have a little party, please inform the neighbours and just turn down the volume at later than 22:00.

A friend of us will contact the renter and visit each month to have a look if everything is fine. You can also reach out in case of any questions while we are abroad.
