Descripiton of accommodation

It features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a cozy pull-out sofa, three televisions, and two comfortable double beds – ideal for families or friends traveling together. The furnishings are made from centuries-old wood from our own farm, creating a warm and natural atmosphere.

The bus stop is only about 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Within around 10 minutes, you can reach the nearest supermarket and a pharmacy. After about 15 minutes, you’ll arrive in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town.

Please treat the apartment, the farm, and all furnishings with care.

Report any damage or defects immediately so that we can fix them promptly.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the farm grounds.

🐄 Around the Farm
The farm is a workplace – please respect barriers and safety areas.

Children are welcome to visit the animals – always accompanied by an adult.

Feeding the animals is not allowed.

Machines, equipment, and stables may not be entered without permission.

🛏️ In the Apartment
Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Waste separation: Please use the designated bins – black for general waste, green for organic waste.

Do not wear wet or dirty shoes inside the apartment.

Do not mount or remove any items from the walls or furniture.

Please do not tamper with heating or water installations.

🔥 Safety
Open flames, candles, and barbecuing are not permitted.

Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.

🐕 Pets
Pets are not allowed.

🧹 Departure
Please leave the apartment tidy.

Wash the dishes or start the dishwasher.

Dispose of all waste.

Return the keys according to the check-out instructions.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Please ensure that your children are always accompanied while exploring the farm and do not enter restricted areas (such as stables, machinery, or equipment) without permission.
