Enjoy our top-class apartments with hotel character. We are located in Puntigam, one of the more modern districts of Graz.
In our immediate Nearby is the old town, the town hall and the casino. However, if you prefer to shop, then you are separated from the largest shopping center of Styria for barely 5 km.
The well-being of our guests is very important to us, that's why our apartments are equipped with is a flat-screen TV, a kitchen, a wardrobe and a private bathroom including a toilet. Non-encrypted Wi-Fi, as well as a possibility for parking and breakfast, come natural for us.

Our apartments are equipped for self-catering, therefore and because of the proximity to the industrial area of Graz, we are just as suitable for business travellers as for solo travellers. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Our guest can check in anytime between 15:00 and 22:00. You should check out until 11:00 in the morning.

We have arranged a garage parking spot for our guests. 1 Garage spot costs 12 € per night.
We offer breakfast for our guest. It costs 10€ for 1 person and is paid at the reception.
