This spacious apartment in Vienna's 17th district offers around 80 m² of comfortable living space for up to five people. Two separate bedrooms ensure everyone has their own private retreat – a practical setup for families on a temporary stay or project teams working together in Vienna.

A separate living room provides a shared space to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machine, microwave, complete cookware and tableware are all included. The bathroom with toilet is private and exclusively for the apartment's residents. Bed linen, towels and all essential toiletries are provided.

For those who need to work from home, a dedicated desk is available. Fast Wi-Fi and a TV are standard, and the private washing machine along with a private entrance add a welcome sense of independence. A bicycle room in the building is available free of charge.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor and easily accessible by lift. Street parking in the area is subject to short-term parking zone fees. Pets are welcome on request, and regular cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
