The apartment with 2 bedrooms offers all comforts which a tourist or business traveller requires. Bed linen and towels are of course included. End cleaning is included in the price.

• -From 18.00 to 21.00 on request. - From 21:00 to 24:00, € 50,00 must be paid in cash on arrival
• Deposit of the key, in the key safe, is against agreement possible.
• Check-out until 10:00
• Careful handling of the new and high-quality facility
• No street shoes in the living area (wooden floor)
• The general house rules must be observed
• The tenant has to treat the apartment with care and to ensure that this is also observed by the children.
• The front door of the apartment must be closed / locked when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows when leaving the apartment are too close to avoid possible damage due to weather or burglary.
• Similarly, when leaving the apartment and in case of storm, the blinds to go up.
• During thunderstorms it is not allowed to entered the terrace.
• Water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rental price.
• Parking for one car is possible in the underground car park If you arrive with more than one car, please inform us in time.
• It is not allowed to park bicycles in the apartment, but it is possible to park them in the parking garage.
• The landlord is not liable for any theft of any kind.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fee of € 300.00 will be charged.
• If you still want to smoke, please do so on the terrace. Cigarette butts please in the ashtray!
• The apartment is equipped with fire detectors.
• We know that children - especially toddlers - cannot always be quiet, yet we would like to ask parents to make sure that their rest periods are respected.
• Ball games are not permitted in the apartment!
• Pets of all kinds are not allowed!
• Since we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to help us with this. Garbage bags are available.
• The garbage should be separated according to: paper / cardboard, plastic, cans, residual waste, glass and organic waste
• For the duration of your stay we will provide each guest with a set consisting of a towel and a bath towel. Please throw the used towels on the floor before departure.
• Your bed is freshly covered. Please throw the used bed linen on the floor before departure.
• Please note that dishes are only returned to the cabinets when washed. The same applies to cutlery and pots that you have used. Please do not put wet glasses in the cupboard.
• In the sink, shower and toilet no hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured, otherwise there may be unpleasant blockages.
• These devices should be cleaned after use. If you have problems with the operation of the E-devices, then we are happy to help.
• If you ever happen to a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove them immediately. There are vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, as well as mop, mop and cleaning products available.
• If we discover excessive, unusual soiling on departure, we will contact you and charge extra amount of 50 Euro.
• Rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest must be observed.
• The renter and his escorts are fully liable for the damage caused to the inventory, the apartment. Any damage must be reported immediately to the landlord and can usually be regulated by the private liability insurance.
• The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest or the guests.
• In certain circumstances (happens very rarely) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. This could be for example: problems with water, electricity or internet.
• In the case of a short-term loss of furnishings, public supplies or force majeure, there is no entitlement to price reduction.
• Deficiencies in the apartment are immediately notified to the landlord. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable time to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be counted.
• In case of multiple breaches of these house rules, the landlord can terminate the lease unilaterally and the guest has to leave the apartment immediately. A claim for reimbursement of the rental price does not exist.
• The apartment key is not to be passed on to outsiders.
• A loss of the key is to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost.
• In case of early departure no refund will be made.
• By booking the apartment, the house rules are recognized.
