Public transport, the city park, and the cathedral are all just a short walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.

House rules

If there are more guests than our standard occupancy, we kindly ask you to set and make up the extra bed
yourself. You will find the extra bed linen in the cupboard next to the entrance door.

We ask for your understanding that smoking and the lighting of candles is not permitted
on the premises

Entrances, stairs and corridors are escape routes and must be kept clear.

Please mind the quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00. Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.

Pets are allowed on request and are very welcome!

We kindly ask you to treat the kitchen and its equipment with care and leave it as you found it.

The furnishings must be left in their designated places.

When leaving the flat, please switch off all electronic devices and lights. Pleasen also lock the
front door of the apartment.

Please leave the premises as clean as you found them.

Please take all luggage with you on time on the day of check-out. They may not be stored in the flat.
