The apartment is located in a restored old typical viennese house in the first floor. No room is directly facing the street, but in two different courtyards, so the apartment is very quiet. The whole apartment was renovated general!
The apartment is heated by a central heating system with individually adjustable temperature control. Because of the thick old walls all the rooms are always well-tempered.

In the living room you find two very comfortable leather sofas that invite lounging, watching television, reading or playing. Diagonally opposite is the multimedia area with stereo system, flat screen TV and DVD player. Of course there are some books and board games to browse. In the living room is the dining table, which offers enough space for 4 people but can also be reduced if only two people use the apartment.

The larger one bedroom has easy access from living room and the bathroom is accessible and facing south. Thus, it is a very bright room overlooking the large landscaped courtyard. The bed is 1.80 m wide, of course, there is also a large closet and a sitting area with table in this room.
The smaller bedroom has to be entered from the kitchen and you look in a small courtyard garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide, and furthermore there is cupboard, a sitting area and a small table. Of course, in both rooms bedding and extra blankets are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove top, exhaust hood, microwave / oven combination, refrigerator, dishwasher. Furthermore, there are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Everything is completely new and very high quality. Especially nice is standing next to the little "bar" and watch the chef at work.

The large bathroom includes a corner bathtub, a separate shower, the toilet, the washing machine, a mirror and a washing basin. The bathroom can be entered from from the kitchen and the larger bedroom.
