House rules

Dear guests,
We warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment and hope that you will have a relaxing holiday here. Our experience has shown that certain rules for handling the inventory and the behavior of our guests make sense in order to make your stay with us as carefree as possible and to avoid any misunderstandings in advance.

1. Inventory and Damage
We ask you to handle our inventory with care and only put dishes in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and fixtures does happen and is often easy to fix. Please inform us immediately about any damage incurred. As a rule, guests and visitors are liable for these and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or reimbursement of costs. In the case of minor damage, for instance broken dishes, this is usually not necessary.
2. Volume and quiet times
Please be considerate of our neighbors and guests of the second holiday apartment and stick to the room volume, especially when it comes to the volume of music or TV. The general night's rest begins at 22:00.
3. Visitor
Your visitors are always welcome in our holiday apartment for short periods of time. However, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests stay in the holiday home. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in our apartment. Please only use the outside area of our holiday apartment for smoking.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartment.
6. Security and Valuables
Before leaving the holiday home, always close all windows and the front door and make sure to switch off electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
7. Waste sorting
We ask you to separate your household waste in the existing bins in the basement and to dispose of the residual waste in the dustbin in front of the house.
8. Cleaning
The thorough final cleaning of the holiday apartment is carried out by us after your departure as agreed. However, we would like to ask you to remove larger amounts of dirt in advance and to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure.
9. Arrival and Departure
The apartment can be occupied on the day of your arrival from 4 p.m. Departure takes place after inspection of the apartment and return of the keys by 10:00 a.m. Upon request and where possible, we can change these times.
10. Keys
We provide you with a house key and an apartment key and ask you to treat them with care. If you lose a key, please inform us immediately.
11. Environment
We care about the environment, and we hope you do too. Therefore, please switch off the lights and all technical devices when they are not required. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you very much.
