Descripiton of accommodation

Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby. A sun lounger in the garden is always available for a sunny retreat. The floor comprises several bright, renovated rooms arranged symmetrically. Central heating is provided. The accommodation does NOT have cooking facilities or a kitchen, apart from a tea or filter coffee cooker in the room. A lockable storage area for bicycles or sports equipment is available in the basement. Bed linen and towels are changed, but personal laundry cannot be washed or dried in the accommodation. The public laundry, BUBBLE POINT, is located approximately 100 meters away on the same street. The basic cleaning of the rooms at the end of a stay is for a fee.

The house is surrounded by a private garden, and a public park. The city center with shops, offices, the university and the clinic are at walking distance. Busses and trams to different institutes and libraries.
The ski busses to various valleys are also at walking distance. Mountain stations for hiking, climbing or skiing are to be reached within short intervals. The city offers many fantastic sports facilities, besides that also museums, cultural events and special historical sightseeing attractions.

House rules

Pets, (garden) parties and smoking are not allowed. Car parking on the ground of the house is not available; there is a car parking for a fee in front of the house and on the street. Preparing food in the room is not possible.
