Infrastructure

By car:

Coming from the Westautobahn (A1), drive towards Wien Zentrum and take the Wien Auhof exit. Follow Wientalstraße/B1 and turn onto Amalienstraße.

Please note that there are no private parking spaces available. Public parking is available in the surrounding area (usually subject to charges). Alternatively, there are parking garages nearby.

By train:

From Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf):

Take the U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Karlsplatz and change there to the U4 (direction Hütteldorf). Get off at the Ober St. Veit station. The accommodation is only 150 meters from the subway station.

From Westbahnhof:
Take the U6 (direction Siebenhirten) to Längenfeldgasse and change there to the U4 (direction Hütteldorf). Get off at the Ober St. Veit station.
From Vienna-Schwechat Airport:

By train:
Take the City Airport Train (CAT) or the S-Bahn S7 to Wien Mitte. From there, take the U4 (direction Hütteldorf) and get off at Ober St. Veit station.

By car:
Follow the A4 towards Wien Zentrum, continue on the B1 towards Hütteldorf and turn into Amalienstraße.

Airport transfer:
We offer an airport transfer on request. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange this.

House rules

We want you to enjoy your stay, but certain rules must be adhered to at all times.

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- No illegal streaming on the internet
- Additional guests must be approved prior to their stay
- Pets must be approved by us prior to your arrival

In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and request a deposit for damages.

Fee for smoking is 400€ flat rate.
