House rules

We ask our guests to treat the apartment and the building with respect in order to ensure a pleasant coexistence with the neighbours. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays, so as not to disturb the peace of the neighbourhood.

Parties or large gatherings are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. We also ask you to treat the furniture and appliances provided with care and to leave them in the same condition in which you found them.

Non-recyclable waste and paper are disposed of in the designated containers located in the courtyard. The container for glass, metal and plastic is located within a one to two minute walking distance. Please remember to close all windows and lock the front door when leaving the apartment.
