The north-south oriented 45sqm flat on the 3rd floor (incl. elevator) includes everything you need to live.

• The kitchen offers with 11sqm a lot of space for cooking. It is only 1.5 years old. All electrical appliances work perfectly, and high-quality cookware and stylish plates and glasses are available.

• The living room offers enough space to spend a dinner evening with friends or a relaxing evening on the sofa. The dining table is suitable for 4 people and the couch can be converted into a 140x200 bed. There is also a bookshelf with exciting books from all over the world.

• The 180x200 bed is ideal for resting after a stressful day. The desk incl. monitor directly at the window, offers the perfect atmosphere to be productive from home. The large closet incl. jewelry drawer has space for everything in the travel suitcase and much more. Blankets and covers are of course available.

• The 5sqm modern bathroom includes everything you need. A large washstand with mirrored cabinet offers plenty of storage space. Towels, shampoos, and a hairdryer are also available. The toilet is separately accessible from the anteroom.

• The highlight of the apartment is the small balcony. There is a 140x200 bed to spend relaxing evenings outside by candlelight. There is complete privacy protection.

The good subway connection links the apartment with the rest of Vienna perfectly. Whether to the city center, the University of Economics, or the University of Vienna, it is only 15-30min by public transport.
