Several shopping facilities such as different supermarkets (one of them is an organic supermarket), a drugstore, a bakery, and a flower shop are just a few minutes away from you, so can easily get everything you need for a pleasant household. Despite the vibrant location in the middle of this wonderful district, the apartment is very quiet and an ideal place for you to relax.

There is also a public parking garage around the corner that is open 24/7. From Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m. you can park for free on the street.
