This spacious apartment with 60 m² impresses with its location right in the center of the spa town of Baden near Vienna, which was named "Great Spa Town of Europe" by UNESCO in 2021.
The apartment is on the beletage, on the 2nd floor with a lift. It is in an absolutely quiet area, offers bright and high rooms, classic herringbone parquet floors and elegant yet cozy furnishings that give it a special charm.

The antechamber is equipped with a spacious wardrobe.

In the living room you will find a high-quality couch, a wing chair, a coffee table and a flat screen TV as well as free WiFi.

The kitchenette, with dining table and high chairs, is located in the spacious living room and consists of a refrigerator (including freezer), a ceramic hob with 2 plates, an oven with steamer function, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and is equipped with crockery, cutlery and various cooking pots etc.

The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (1.80m x 2m) and matching bedside tables. The spacious wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes.

In the generous bathroom with exit to the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful walk-in rain shower. A sink with a large mirror, a hair dryer, fresh towels and a built-in radio complete the bathroom.

In the storage room there is a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron and a drying rack.

The location of the apartment is right in the center of the spa town of Baden near Vienna and only a few minutes' walk from Baden train station. With the express train (REX) you can reach Vienna in just a few minutes and also in the other direction to Wr. Neustadt you are in just 15 minutes. Josefsplatz, the terminus of the Badner Bahn (tram), is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. With the Badner Bahn you can travel comfortably and directly into the inner city to Vienna (State Opera).
Of course you are also well connected by car - the motorway junction can be reached in a few minutes by car.
All shops for daily life, including a new, well-stocked supermarket (Billa), a butcher, a bakery, drugstores and pharmacies are within walking distance of the apartment.

We ask that you handle the inventory with care and that you notify us immediately in the event of damage.

When leaving the apartment, do not forget to close all windows and the balcony door
because severe weather could cause significant damage.
Please dispose of the trash upon check-out.

Further information

The apartment will be cleaned once a week by arrangement with the tenant.
