The green residential district of Hietzing offers beautiful walks and shopping opportunities. The city center can be reached by subway in 15 minutes. The apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen and is furnished in a contemporary design with loving details, as this is also our profession. It can happen that professional photo shoots or filming take place on the ground floor or first floor, but this does not affect the top floor and has not yet disturbed any tenant. We live and work in the house and are always available for requests, suggestions or complaints.
But we also attach great importance to privacy and a quiet neighborhood.

For a fee/parking ticket you can park on the street or in parking garages, which are about 5 minutes away on foot. The cheapest option is a park and ride car parking garage in Vienna Hütteldorf, which is 3 subway stops away. Supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacconist and a Mac Donalds can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Other shops, boutiques, restaurants, pizzerias, banks, etc. can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A gas station with night-time shopping is also around the corner.

Further information

Since this is an attic apartment, we ask you to always check whether the windows are closed when you are away. It can always suddenly start to rain.
For various reasons we decided not to have air conditioning. In midsummer, you can cool with cross ventilation and fans in the evening. Electric external blinds also provide protection.
The bathroom has a bathtub and an extra shower cabin.
