Thanks to the perfect location the sights of Vienna and the City Center are attainable within a few minutes. The familyfriendly Apartment is located between Schönbrunn Palace and the City Center (2,5km). It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and is bright, comfy, kitchen well equipped. 2 minutes walk to the underground and grocery shops. Only 3 stops by metro (5min) to the city center (or an easy 30min walk).

In walking distance (approximately 10 minutes / 1 km) or 5 minutes by tram you find Mariahilferstraße, the largest shopping street of Vienna with a lot of different shops, cafes and restaurants. Also, the Naschmarkt, the largest urban market in Vienna with many dining establishments, can be reached by metro in 2 minutes or an easy walk.

The bright and modern furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building of the 1950s with lift (small lift for 2 persons). The house was renovated in 2016. The Apartment is located only 2,5 km from the City Centre. Naschmarkt, Museumsquartier, Ringstrasse, Opera, Schönbrunn Castle and Zoo, St. Stephan`s Cathedral etc. are reached within a few minutes. The 56sqm apartment is suitable for up to 3 persons. It consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and anteroom. There is free highspeed wireless internet in the apartment. In the neighborhood you find supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc.
If you arrive by car you can park in one of the many park and ride car parks along the subway. The next is at the U4 Hütteldorf - just 8 stops (10min) from the apartment. € 3,40 per day.

Public transports nearby: U4 + tram 6 and 18 "Margaretengürtel" (200m), U6 "Gumpendorfer Straße" (500m), bus 57A "Sonnenuhrgasse" (220m).

Baby / toddler equipment (free on request) is also available and consists of a travel cot with bedding, changing pad, high chair, baby bibs, baby spoons, bottle warmer, stroller with umbrella and rain protection; the stroller fits just merged into the small elevator.

The living room is equipped with sofa bed (140x200), large dining table (extendable), 94cm LCD TV, digital TV (114 channels), Blu-Ray-Player, and micro Hi-Fi system. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200), bedside tables, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, extra bed (90x200 - on request), laundry basket, alarm clock. The kitchen has a cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, blender, kettle, toaster, ample cooking and eating utensils, towels, egg cooker. The bathroom has shower / toilet, washing machine, hand soap, hairdryer, and toilet paper.
In addition to the sofa bed (140x200), an extra bed (90x200) can be placed in the bedroom or in the living room. It is very convenient, according to previous guests’ experiences.
