The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house. The studio and office on the first floor are only used sporadically for private purposes. The owners live in the house next door and are happy to provide excursion tips and other questions.

Via the entrance you reach the toilet and find access to the apartment.
The first room you will find is the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. The living room with a small library and television is characterized by a separate dining area.
The bathroom with shower is directly connected to the bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a view of the garden.
