Comfortable apartment in great location. The apartment is located in Klosterneuburg and is well suited for living and working in Vienna or its surroundings. It is located very close to a train station and bus stop, which take you straight to Vienna and the metro line U4 within a couple of minutes. This way you are in Vienna's city centre (e.g. Schwedenplatz) within 25 minutes (including the walk). Although you are so close to Vienna's city centre you are right next to nature where you can take beautiful walks and relax at the Danube.

The apartment has it all, as it is right next to nature and close to Vienna's city centre. It is well equipped including everything you need to make yourself feel at home. It has a comfortable living room with a fire place for cold days and a balcony with lots of sun for warmer days. There are two spacious bedrooms both with a double bed. In the living room there are two very comfy and big couches. A TV can be provided upon request. The kitchen has a gas stove, freezer and fridge and a small dining area. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine including a dryer. The toilet is separate.

You can park your car right outside of the apartment without a fee.

Klosterneuburg itself is a very beautiful city with nice Heurigens (Austrian local restaurants), bars, vinyards and Stift Klosterneuburg (a monestry). Only 5 minutes walk from the apartment you can enjoy nature and a walk next to the Danube. In the summer it is also possible to go swimming either in the Danube or in the pool, which is 10 minutes by foot.
There is a supermarket (Billa) within 7 minutes walking distance and other shops can be found within 15 minutes walking distance.
The apartment is right next to the Danube bike path, which takes you straight to Vienna too.
