The apartment is spacious and features a large eat-in kitchen with a stone countertop, a seating area with 4 bar stools, and is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a large fridge-freezer. A fully automatic coffee machine (fresh beans), a selection of teas, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper are also provided. Extensive cookware and tableware, including wine glasses and napkins, as well as various cleaning supplies and dish towels are available.

A large bathroom with a bathtub and a glass shower screen, a large illuminated mirrored cabinet, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer, and is equipped with ample hand and bath towels, a bath mat, and essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and more.

Jackets and shoes can be hung on coat hooks and in a separate shoe cabinet in the hallway.

You will have a large combined bedroom and living area. This apartment contains one large double bed, one wardrobe and an additional wall unit for storing your belongings, one small desk with a desk lamp, one reading corner, a dining table with four chairs, one sofa bed, and one TV with a selection of DVDs for all ages.

The living areas feature real wood floors, while the other rooms have porcelain stoneware tiles. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout.

All windows are equipped with roller shutters; the shutters in the bedroom and living room are electrically operated, while all others are manually operated.

A private, fully fenced garden area with two seating areas is available: one in the garden and one on the covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large electric awning, and a side awning provides additional privacy. A charcoal grill is provided, and all necessary equipment, such as charcoal and grilling utensils, is available free of charge. If you are arriving by car, free parking is available on the street. No parking fees; parking is free at any time of day or night.

In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, you will find beautiful walking trails in the recreational area and along the Salzach River, a free-to-use swimming lake, and playgrounds. The exhibition center can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport, and Salzburg's Old Town in 16 minutes. The main train station and the airport are also easily accessible by public transport.
