The apartment is perfect as a single apartment or for 2 people.
Well laid out It is a two-room apartment with large living space. The balcony runs around the corner and offers plenty of comfortable seating. On one side the balcony faces the parking lot - on the other side you have a view of the beautiful garden.
It's wonderful to sit on the balcony in the morning and let the sun shine on your face! The apartment is very bright, especially in the morning. - but has enough shade in the afternoon and is therefore not too hot at night in summer.
In winter, the pleasant, self-activating pellet heater warms you and creates a cozy atmosphere.
The furnishings are well thought out and offer plenty of storage space and amenities.

Velden am Wörthersee is known as a hotspot and vacation spot. The central location between Villach and Klagenfurt, and the connection to the motorway, also makes Velden interesting as a place to live - the apartment is located at the western end of Velden.
The most important shops can be reached in approx. 650m on a flat route - an 8-minute walk takes you down to Lake Wörthersee.
