It offers a fully equipped beautiful old building on approx 63 m2 on 8th district of Vienna. This stylish Art Nouveau building was built in 1900 by the famous Viennese architect and urban planner Otto Koloman Wagner. The apartment consists of an anteroom which merges into the kitchen. From there you get into the living room and in the bedroom. The spacious living room and the bedroom can be combined to one room through a large sliding door, thus offering a unique cozy atmosphere. The spacious white leather sofa invites you to relax and with the windows open, all of which are addressed in a green yard, one has to live feel in a big city oasis. The bathroom consists of a bathtub a sink with plenty of storage space, toilet and a washing machine.
