Designer City-Loft

In the center of Innsbruck, in the vicinity of the main train station and Maria-Theresien-Straße, you can spend a wonderful time in the newly renovated designer city loft!

The room height is 4.1 meters with a window front and so you have a wonderful view of the mountains around Innsbruck from the light-flooded apartment.
The bathroom was equipped with designer concrete sink and lovingly and modernly designed by the interior designer.
Due to the very high ceiling height, the sleeping area was created above the living area and is therefore spatially separated. The sleeping area is accessible via a movable, stylish ladder.
The lighting was also provided by the interior designer with individually manufactured designer concrete lamps.
A new kitchen was also installed with new electrical appliances.
The entire apartment was renovated by a professional using high-quality materials - parquet floors, fittings, entrance doors, windows, etc. Electrics, plumbing, walls all newly built.
The loft is available now and can be rented weekly or monthly. Ideal for a stay as a student in Innsbruck or for temporary work in and around Innsbruck.

The studio is equipped with everything you need for a temporary stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom including towels, bath towels, washing machine, drying rack, etc. The bed linen is also available and of course fast WiFi. Of course, the studio is fully furnished, has its own work area and a dining or meeting table.

Despite the central location, it is very quiet because there are very good soundproof windows and a blackout blind.
