This studio offers new perspectives on living in smart conditions. And smart living means calculating your costs of living smart: all your monthly living expenses are included in the all-in-rent. The studio combines affordable living with all aspects of modern standards: high-end furnishing, stylish kitchen, newest technologies i.e. Smart-TV in every apartment or WIFI within the entire building.

Covered parking spaces are against a monthly rate available (availability needs to be checked). We offer special laundry rooms with several machines. These might have an extra cost for usage. For more information please just write us a message.

- Please be aware that the minimum age for tenants is 17 years.
- The deposit is 3 months' rent and is to be deposited at the beginning of the rental.
