Our spacious apartment (87m²) is located in the 11th district. The city center is just 8 subway stops away (15 minutes on the U3 line). Tram line 71 takes you to the "Ring," where many of Vienna's attractions are located. The main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by bus 69A, and the S7 rapid transit train runs directly to the airport every 30 minutes. The apartment comprises 3 large rooms with a separate bathroom (bathtub and shower), a toilet, and a covered balcony. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a high chair, and a baby crib

This apartment is ideal for families, as it has two bedrooms as well a separate living room / kitchen area. The kitchen has all necessary appliances. There is Wi-fi and air-conditioning, as well as a TV, which has Austrian and international channels. The balcony offers a cozy place to sit for a drink in the evening, and it is possible to smoke there. All the rooms have blinds, so you can enjoy a good lie-in. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and the toilet is separate. The transport options in the area are great and there are many fast-food options, restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Bus:
• Line 69A: station „Geiselbergstrasse“ (350m, 4 min.): with the 69A you will get to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). The bus drives every 6-7 min.

- Please take off your shoes while in the apartment
- Please turn off the a/c whenever you leave the apartment
- No pets and/or animals allowed
- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony
- Parties are not allowed
- Separate and dispose waste/garbage (glas & plastic bottles; paper; residual waste) properly

Further information

Blinds
All the windows have blinds. The ones on the kitchen window are operated manually, the rest are operated electronically.
To roll the electronically operated blinds down / up, use the remote. If you press the small white button on the right, a light will light up. The first light is the balcony door blind, the second is the main bedroom blind, and the third is the children's bedroom blind.
You put the blinds up or down using the up / down buttons, or stop them wherever you want using the stop button.

Air conditioning
The flat has air conditioning. It is installed in the living room and goes into the bedrooms as well, if you leave the doors open. Turn it off and on using the appropriate button on the remote, and you can also adjust the temperature. Please remember to turn it off when you leave the apartment!

WiFi: You have free WiFi in the whole apartment

Playroom: in our second bedroom there is a play corner with a small table for children, toys and children's books.

Balcony: Our balcony is 9m² and has a table with four chairs. We ask you to keep the night's rest from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Washing machine, iron, dishwasher and hair dryer
- you will find the washing machine in the storage room
- iron and ironing board is in the parents (big) bedroom
- you will find the dishwasher in the kitchen
