The new and very bright apartement (first occupancy 2022) is located in a traffic calmed side street in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Vienna nearby the UNO City.
In planning, the feeling of our guests of having arrived was particularly important for us.
The apartement convinces among other things with an extremely high quality equipment.
Underfloor heating, real wood parquet, stone tiles, new high quality furniture (partly solid wood) and appliances, new furnishings (dishes,towels,bedding,glasses and much more). Smoke detector, security door, 3-times thermal glazing, bike storage room, 43 inch 4K LG Smart TV inklusive 70 TV channels in HD/FHD, WIFI, Compact Disk music system inklusive USB connection, a desk with power supply(230V & USB), sockets next tot he bed, modern LED lighting system, and furthermore all glass dronts are equipped with electric exterior blinds.
Also the perfect infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. Regardless of whether the public transport links (about 6 minutes from the UNO City, about 14 minutes from Vienna City Center) bakery(Ströck), local suppliers (Billa, Hofer,Spar), Bank Austria, Post office, pharmacy, ice-cream parlor, pizzeria, restaurants or fast food stores, everything is within walking distance of only a few minutes.
For leisure activities you will find yourself almost in paradise. Embedded between the old and the new Danube countless possibilities are available for you right in front of your door. No matter whether you like cycling, running or water skiing on the „ Donauinsel“ ( a 20 km long leisure oasis), a stroll around the old danube including a stop in the pubs and eateries lying directly on the water. You will be thrilled.

Embedded between the old and the new Danube the location couldn`t be better. No matter if City Centre, UNO City, Donau hospital, Donau shopping centre ( biggest shopping centre in Vienna), bus, underground, restaurants, fastfood stores, grocery stores, bakery, drug store, pharmacy, bank, ATM, ice-cream parlor, post office and much more. Everything is in immediate proximity (1 to 15 minutes!) And for sport enthusiasts (I can give you some hints if you like) you have the „ Donauinsel“ right in front of your door (with lighted running routes for evening runs)
