The apartment has easy access to the autobahn connecting Linz with Vienna and Salzburg, yet it is located away from the street, in green and quiet surroundings. A private, reserved, covered parking spot is available for the duration of your stay.
Bus Nr. 33, as well as tram lines 1 and 2 depart right around the corner and will take you to university in two short stops. Or hop on to go directly downtown or to the train station.

No parties. Quiet times between 9 pm and 6 am need to be observed, as per house ordinance. No smoking inside the apartment. Please do not place any items in the hallway/staircase (common area). Pets may be permitted, but come with a higher deposit and a slight fee increase; they also need to be registered with the HOA on site.
