House rules

- This is a self check-in apartment. You understand. You confirm that you will read the check-in instructions before your arrival and that you will not check in before 3:00 p.m.!
- After 10:00 p.m., you agree to keep the night's rest and reduce all noise to a low volume.
- This apartment is for residential use only. Any business, especially prostitution, is prohibited and will result in cancellation and will be reported to the police.
- Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. A fee of €100 will be charged for unauthorized late check-out. If not evicting on time results in other losses, you will be charged for those as well. This includes, but is not limited to, refunds to renters.
- This is a non-smoking apartment. Any kind of smoke is forbidden. Violation of this rule will incur a fee of €200. Any lost key will be replaced at €75 per lost item.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Any damage to the apartment caused by your pet will be charged. This includes, but is not limited to, professional cleaning and/or item replacement.
- You are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen. The cleaning fee covers a regular final cleaning of the apartment. If you leave the apartment extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged equal to the fee already charged. Extreme pollution includes uncleaned dishes, food and garbage lying around the home, and spilled liquids.
- If you can't cook, don't do it! Any broken item will be charged. These include burnt pans and pots.
