I spend the winter in Lech am Arlberg- so I will rent the house from beginning of December till middle of April.
If you are alone and only need 1-2 rooms, I would be really happy and would prefer not to have to clear out all the rooms. We can talk about the price and can reduce it, depending on the amount of rooms that you will need.
