Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is located in a renovated old Viennese building with high and very bright rooms. In the 45 m² studio you will find a living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, a TV (Smart TV) and a desk. The well-equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven, steam cooker and induction hob) is ideal for cozy cooking evenings. The bathroom (with shower) and WC are separate. Even though the apartment is partly located on a busy street, it is still quiet thanks to the good windows. All windows are fitted with internal blinds to darken the room and protect against the sun. Thanks to the fan, you are also equipped for hot summer days. The highlight of the accommodation is the cozy loggia, which faces the quiet inner courtyard.

Included is the use of Wi-Fi, washing machine with dryer function, household utensils such as ironing board, iron and clothes horse.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which is easily accessible by elevator. There is a garbage room on the first floor as well as ample parking space for your bicycle. A cellar compartment is available in the basement. You can also use a lockable wine rack in the exclusive wine cellar.

The "La Dolce Vita" studio is centrally located, directly opposite the Währinger Straße subway station (U6). There are also several streetcar and bus stops in the immediate vicinity. There are several cycle paths around the apartment building.

Right next door is the Volksoper, where you can see world-famous operettas, musicals and ballets. Stores for daily needs, a variety of bars and restaurants as well as the farmers' market "Kutschkermarkt" are in the immediate vicinity. Vienna's city center, the city hall and a number of museums are also within easy reach. The famous Vienna Ringstrasse is only a 20-minute walk away. The Volksgarten and the Hofburg are around 3 km from the studio.

Vienna International Airport (21 km), the main train station (8 km) and the Westbahnhof train station (3.5 km) are also easily accessible by public transport.

The Vienna General Hospital (AKH), the Vienna University of Applied Sciences of WKW and international companies are not far from the apartment. Diplomatic institutions can be reached in a few minutes by car.
