Descripiton of accommodation

The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house with its own entrance and a spacious garden offering a stunning view of Lake Fuschl.
Due to its hillside location, the living area is spread across several split levels, making it ideal for active individuals.

There are two separate bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom. The third sleeping area is located in a side room off the living room and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining area that overlooks the living space.

The office or second living room is situated on the first floor between the bedrooms.
