The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Wilhelminian style house and impresses with high ceilings and bright, large rooms. A large living room, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious hallway lead to the small, well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet.

Due to the west-facing orientation and lack of a neighboring house opposite, you can feel comfortable in the apartment without prying eyes and in sun-drenched rooms (which can be darkened by blinds if you want).

The interior of the apartment captivates with bright colors, plenty of storage space and is made into a unique home thanks to modern design items (mostly handmade). The equipment of the apartment also leaves nothing to be desired - starting with the piano, a large selection of books & children's toys, vacuum robots, cleaning utensils & hygiene items, right up to dishes, baking utensils and cooking supplies! The apartment is conveniently located in the 15th district and offers both shops for daily needs (supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy) and nice restaurants within a few minutes' walk.

The city center can be reached in just 10 minutes by bus 57A, as can Schönbrunn Palace in the opposite direction. The underground lines U4 and U6 as well as tram lines 6 and 18 can be reached on foot in just 3-7 minutes. The Westbahnhof railway station, the Mariahilferstrasse shopping street or the Naschmarkt are only a subway station away. Thanks to well-developed cycle paths, a bicycle or scooter is also a perfect means of transportation.

The Grätzel (Viennese for residential district) offers exciting and varied insights for everyone and is both dynamic and classic. In addition to traditional Viennese restaurants, there are hip shops and bars (e.g. in Reindorfgasse) - perfect for open-minded explorers!

House rules

Mostly young couples and families live in the house and the neighborhood is characterized by helpfulness and consideration. A friendly "good morning" or "hello" in the hallway is lived in the house as well as taking over the mail if the recipient is not at home.

In the yard there are garbage cans for residual waste and paper (containers for glass, plastic and aluminum are only 2 minutes away next to Spar). Bicycles can also be parked in the courtyard (not in the hallway!)
