Low Budget Apartment

Our 32m2 large apartment was renovated and newly decorated in 2011 and has many functional features. In addition to the double bed in the sleeping area, we offer two additional guests a sofa bed in the living room with, so that up to 4 people can stay in the flat. The dining area features a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery. We are care about your entertainment - a flat screen TV with a DVD player and free wireless internet are available. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. Moreover, our guests can of course use our extras such as iron, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

All guests can use the washroom and the communal terrace!

The apartment 'Hietzing' is located in a quiet and green area in the 13th Viennese district. It is ideal if you want to relax after a long day in the city.

Just 3 km away is the former residence of the Habsburgs - the Schönbrunn Palace - and thus the surrounding gardens and the oldest zoo in the world. Covering an area of 160 hectares, you can relax by strolling around.

Thanks to its convenient location and excellent public transport links you can quickly and easily reach the centre and the most important sights of Vienna.
