Descripiton of accommodation

You'll stay in a unique, newly renovated studio in an old building, furnished with high-quality furniture and design classics from the Bauhaus era. A magical Shaker kitchen, as well as a mini bathroom, which is equipped with tasteful details, provides comfort. The apartment is located in an old, charming factory building from the 60s. Individual elements from the old workshop have been integrated into the furnishings, which contributes the loft character.

The apartment offers everything you need for a stay of several weeks or months. The very small but stylishly furnished bathroom measures just 1.8 square meters and includes a shower with a flexible glass partition, a toilet with automatic closing, and an anti-fog mirror. The kitchen features a pyrolytic oven, solid wood countertops, and a spacious sink. The beautiful oak parquet flooring and the large window in the kitchen-living room create a cozy atmosphere.

Oak parquet flooring was also laid in the bedroom, and a futon bed from the Danish manufacturer Karup Design promises healthy and restful sleep. If necessary, the bed can be folded into a sofa in a flash.
There are industrial-style clothes rails on the wall for clothes. A pretty Wilhelminian-era chest of drawers and a small antique solid wood wardrobe offer additional storage space.

The apartment is heated by infrared heating in winter.
All electrical outlets, window, and door handles are made of porcelain.

In the basement, there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and steam iron.

Free parking is available in front of the house.

The house is very centrally located, about 7 km from the state capital of Innsbruck. Good public transport connections (tram and bus), and the beautiful and idyllic village boasts excellent infrastructure, including a supermarket (M-Preis), a florist, a bank, a hairdresser, a bakery, a butcher, a general practitioner, and a shoe store. There is also a hospital and a beautiful swimming lake with a campsite and restaurant.
The neighboring village also has a pharmacy, a tourist office, and an outdoor pool.

House rules

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the property.

Partys are NOT allowed.

Outdoor shoes are NOT permitted in the apartment due to the oak parquet flooring.

We have two Chihuahuas, you may occasionally hear them sometimes in the house.
